RATINGS: <br /> "Every restaurant offering food for consumption <br /> on the premises shall be rated by the Department of Public <br /> Health and Welfare as being 'Approved, ' 'Provisional, ' or <br /> 'Unsatisfactory. ' The Department shall provide grading <br /> forms for the grading of the condition of the structure <br /> and its equipment and facilities ancl �or the grading of the <br /> state of sanitation and cleanliness in which the premises <br /> and equipment and facilities are operated and maintained. <br /> Copies shall be maintained for public inspection in the <br /> office of the City Clerk and in the Departnnent. <br /> "Restaurants conforming to normal practices of <br /> good food handling. maintaining normally good sanitation <br /> and having a good physical plant shall be assigned a rating <br /> af 'Approved. ' <br /> "Restaurants found to be uns�tisfactory in either <br /> food handling practices or the physical plant shall be as- <br /> signed a rating of 'Provisional' or 'Unsatisfactory, ' ac- <br /> cording to the grade received. <br /> "In the event any restaurant fails to raise a <br /> rating of 'Unsatisfactory' to 'Approved' within seven days <br /> after receiving the 'Unsatisfactory' rating, or fails to <br /> raise a rating of 'Provisional' to 'Approved' within 30 <br /> days after receiving the 'Provisional' rating, such rating <br /> shall be posted as herein provided. Thereafter, proceedings <br /> may be conducted in accordance with Section 4 for the <br /> revocation or suspension of the permit reguired by this <br /> ordinance. <br /> "SECTION 22.
