shall furnish every restaurant offering food for consumption <br /> on the premises with a rating card. Such card may be com- <br /> bined with the permit to operate or the grading form. <br /> '•The rating card shall be posted near the main <br /> entrance of the food establishment in a conspicuous place <br /> visi.ble to patrons entering or using the restaurant. In <br /> the event of a 'Provisional• or •Unsatisfactory' rating, <br /> ratin cards shall be <br /> g posted near all entrances. <br /> "It shall be unlawful for any person to display <br /> a rating card with a grade other than the one assigned by <br /> the Department, <br /> "SECTION 23. REINSPECTIONSr <br /> "In the event any restaurant ot�mer or operator <br /> is disatisfied with any rating received, he ma.y apply to <br /> the Public Health Engineer for,� and shall be entitled to� <br /> a re�inspection prior to the posting of any rating card. <br /> "SECTION 24. <br /> "The provisions of this article shall not be <br /> operative until such time as the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution. approve the grading forms provided for in <br /> Section 21, and establish the relationship between any <br /> numerical grade estab lished by the grading form and the <br /> rating to be assigned." <br /> SECTION 4.
