Adoption. Pursuant to Sections 50022.1 through <br /> 50022.10. inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of <br /> California, there is hereby adopted by the City of Redwood City <br /> that certain code of the City of Redwood City entitled 'fRedwood <br /> City Code," three copies of which are presently on file in the <br /> office of the City Clerk, in the sarne manner as if said Code <br /> was set out at length herein. <br /> SECTION 2. Exceptions. The following portions of the <br /> 12edwood City Code, as on file in the office of the City Clerk,� <br /> are expressly not adopted and shall in no manner be deemed to <br /> be a portion of the Code: <br /> (a) The title page, preface, table of contents and index. <br /> (b) Catchlines or section headings, footnotes, tables of <br /> sections following each chapter heading, section derivation <br /> notes following each sectionf and other ma.terial supplied by <br /> the printer. <br /> {c) Article IV (commencing at §23.33) of Chapter 23. <br /> (d) Chapter 35. <br /> {e) Article I of Chapter 3. <br /> �ECTION 3.
