shall it affect any ordinance naming, opening, accepting or <br /> vacating streets or alleys in the City; nor shall it affect any <br /> ordinance relating to the zoning of property under the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance; nor shall it affect any ordinance providing <br /> for a revenue or special improvement district; nor shall it affect <br /> any prosecution, suit or proceeding pending or any judgment <br /> rendered on or prior to the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 7. Clerk's Duties. The City Clerk shall at all <br /> times have on f ile three copies of the Code of Redwood City for <br /> public inspe��xon and shall, if feasible, maintain a supply of <br /> copies thereof availab le for purchase by the public. The sale <br /> price for the Code in its adopted form shall be Fifteen Dollars <br /> ($15.00) ; supplements shall be issued at their actual cost. <br /> The City Clerk shall transmit one copy of the Code to the County <br /> Law Library without charge. The City Clerk is authorized to <br /> exchange, without charge, copies of the Redwood City Code for <br /> copies of codes adopted by other cities or counties. <br /> �ECTION 8.
