"Restaurants found to be unsatisfactory in either faod <br /> handling practices or the physical plant shall be assigned <br /> a rating of 'Provisional' or 'Unsatisfactory, ' according <br /> to the grade received. <br /> "In the event any restaurant fails to raise a rating <br /> of 'Unsatisfactory' to 'Approved' within seven days after <br /> receiving the 'Unsatisfactory' rating, or fails to raise a <br /> rating of 'Provisional' to 'Approved' within 30 days after <br /> rece iving the 'Provisional' rating, such rating shall be <br /> posted as herein provided. Thereafter, proceedings may be <br /> conducted in accordance with Section 13.27 for revocation <br /> or suspension of the permit required by this chapter. <br /> "Section 13.42. In the event any restaurant owner or <br /> operator is dissatisf ied with any rating received, he may <br /> apply to the Pub lic Health Engineer for, and shall be <br /> entitled to, a reinspection prior to the posting of any <br /> rating card. <br /> "Section 13.43 The provisions of this article shall <br /> not be operative until such time as the City Council shall, <br /> by resolution, approve the grading forms provided for in <br /> Section 13.41 and establish the relationship between any <br /> numerical grade established by the grading form and the <br /> rating to be assigned.'" <br /> (b) �ection 13.11 is hereby added to Chapter 13 of the <br /> Redwood City Code, to read as follows� <br /> '°Section 13.11 The operation of any food establishment <br /> without a valid permit issued pursuant to this chapter or <br /> otherwise in violation of the provisions of this ordinance <br /> or in violation of the California Restaurant Act (§28520, <br /> et seq., of the Health and Safety Code) shall constitute a <br /> _3_ <br />
