obtaining a written sewer connection permit from the City <br /> Engineer and paying the established fees for such connection, <br /> as prescribed by Article VI of this chapter. No sewer <br /> connection permit shall be issued in any case where it is <br /> necessary to construct a sewer lateral unless the application <br /> requ ired by subdivision (b) of this section has been made <br /> and approved. <br /> �• {b) If no sewer lateral exists between the public <br /> sewer and the property line of the adjacent property to be <br /> served, a sewer lateral will be installed by the City of <br /> Hedwood Cit y upon the making of, and approval of� an appli- <br /> cation to the oftice of the City Engineer requesting the <br /> installation of such lateral. The applicant shall, at the <br /> time application is made, pay to the City of iZedwood City <br /> the sum of Five and 50/100 Dollars ($5.50) per lineal foot <br /> of f�r inch vitrified clay lateral, ar Six Dollars ($6.00) <br /> per lineal foot of six inch vitrified clay lateralx whichever <br /> dimension is deemed necessary by the City Engineer.
