The <br /> authorization sha 11 be made by resolution and may be made <br /> subject to such terms, conditions and fees as the Council <br /> f inds necessary or appropriate." <br /> (h) Article VS, commencing at Section 27.60, is hereby <br /> added to Chapter 27 of the i2edwood City Code, to read as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE VI. SEWE22 CONNECTION FEES <br /> "�ection 27.60 Every application for a permit for <br /> making a connection to a public sewer or sewer lateral shall <br /> be accompanied by the following connection fees: <br /> " (a) A basic connection fee of Seventy-five Dollars <br /> {$75.00) for any connection, whether an original connection <br /> or for a reconnection resulting from the construction of a <br /> new structure. <br /> " (b) For a connection serving any duplex, or two <br /> family dwelling, an additional fee of Forty-five Dollars <br /> ($45.00) shall be paid. <br /> " (c) For a connection serving any residential <br /> structure, or group of residential structures on a building <br /> site in one ownership, containing a total of more than two <br /> dwelling units, an additional fee shall be paid in accor- <br /> dance with the following schedule for each unit in excess <br /> of two units� <br /> -6- <br />
