"Section 27.62 All fees required by the Redwood City <br /> Plumbing Code shall be paid in addition to all fees required <br /> by this article. <br /> "Section 27.63 (a) In the event additional dwelling <br /> units being constructed which would increase the number of <br /> dwelling units being served by a single sewer connection, <br /> a connection fee shall be paid for such additional dwelling <br /> units in accordance with subdivisions (b) or (c) of <br /> Section 27.6U. Th� fee payable shall be computed on the <br /> basis of the total number of dwelling units existing and <br /> proposed, less the fee which would be payable on the exist- <br /> ing units if constructed alone. <br /> `° (b) In the event additional plumbing fixtures are to <br /> be installed in an existing structure, or an existing <br /> structure is to be enlarged or expanded� or an additional <br /> structure is to be constructed in connection with any com- <br /> mercial, industrial, institutional or other non-residential <br /> activity� and is to be served by an existing sewer connection, <br /> a connection fee shall be paid for the additional gross <br /> floor area and/or additional fixtures in accordance with <br /> subdivision (d) of Section 27.60. The fee payable shall <br /> be computed on the basis of the total gross floor area and <br /> fixture units, existing and proposed, less the fee which <br /> would be payable on the existing structure if constructed <br /> alone. <br /> "5ection 27.64. (a) A special fund designated 'Sewer <br /> Connection Fee Fund' is hereby created, All moneys received <br /> by the City from the collection of the charges established <br /> by this article shall be deposited in said fund; provided, <br /> -9- <br />
