however, that the f irst $100r000 received shall be deposited <br /> in the Sewer Rental Fund:.. <br /> " (b) Moneys deposited in the Sewer Connection Fee <br /> Fund shall be expended solely for the following purposes: � <br /> (1) the acquisition, construction and reconstruction of <br /> sanitation or sewerage facilities, inc luding the extension <br /> or replacement of existing sewer mains, collector mains <br /> and trunk lines and the enlargement of sewage treatment <br /> plant facilities, (2) the making of principal and interest <br /> payments due on any bond issue sold for the purpose of <br /> acquiring, constructing or reconstructing sanitation or <br /> sewerage facilities. <br /> "Section 27.65 The provisions of this article shall <br /> not apply to connections made to public sewers maintained <br /> by the Menlo Park Sanitary District or the Fair Oaks Sewer <br /> Maintenance District within the City of Redwood City." <br /> (i) Article IV, commencing at �ection 23.50, is hereby <br /> added to Chapter 23 of the Redwood City Code, to read as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE IV. RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> "Section 23.50 All officers and employees of the <br /> City and every department thereof, except those employed <br /> for limited, temporary, seasonal, or special purposes. <br /> shall be citizens of the United States at the time of their <br /> appointment and shall comply with such residence requirements <br /> as are established by this ordinance. <br /> "Section 23.51 Every elective officer of the City <br /> shall be a resident of the City at the time of his election <br /> or appointment and shall maintain such residence at all <br /> times during the term of his office. <br /> -io- <br />
