__ Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable property within the territorial limits of the City of Redwood City as said limits existed on the first Monday of March, 1963. {b) One Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand, Three Hundred Dollars ($198,300.00) , as a special levy for the special purpose of providing funds for the maintaining of the pub lic library of said City during the said f iscal year and for deposit in the Library Fund ot said City, and the special tax rate therefor, is hereby levied and fixed at $0.1080 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable property within the terri- torial limits of the City of Redwood City as said limits existed on the first Monday of March, 1963. (c) One Hundred Fifty-four Thousand, Two Hundred Thirty- three Dollars ($154, 233.00) , as a special levy for the special purpose of providing funds for the City's contribution and obli- gation to the retirement plan voted in the municipal election of April 9, 1940, and for deposit in the Retirement Fund of said City, and the special tax rate therefor, is hereby levied and fixed at $0.0840 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxab le property within the territorial limits of the City of Redwood City as said limits existed on the first Monday of Ma.rch, 1963.
