recorded so that the easement is in place prior to start of construction on 350 <br />Convention Way. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to authorize acceptance of the Deed, which will prevent the <br />construction of the final 100 feet of the pipeline through the private property located at <br />350 Convention Way. <br /> <br />Council may also choose not to authorize the City Manager to accept the Deed until <br />receipt of an executed Deed from the property owner, which will delay construction of <br />the 24” water main. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />No significant fiscal impact is associated with the acceptance of the grant deed. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared for this area under the purview of <br />the California Environmental Quality Act.
