<br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the final map and associated agreements for the <br />project. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The Planning Commission considered and adopted the City of Redwood City La Palma <br />Project Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (“IS/MND”) prepared by the City’s <br />Planning Services in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (“CEQA”) and, based on the adopted IS/MND, considered and adopted a <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program in compliance with all CEQA <br />requirements, as part of the City’s consideration of Tentative Parcel Map Permit <br />Application No. TM2013-07, Planned Development Permit Application No. PD2013-12. <br /> <br />This project requires a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) <br />General Permit for stormwater discharges associated with construction and land <br />disturbance activities due to the total land disturbance being greater than one acre. The <br />project has prepared a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) dated April <br />10, 2015, and submitted the necessary documents with the State of California.
