Such agreement shall include a contract to perform all functions <br />incident to the administration and collection of the prepaid mobile telephony <br />services surcharges and local charges, any other related documents required by <br />the BOARD to perform all functions incident to the administration and collection of <br />the prepaid mobile telephony services surcharge and local charges (Rev. & Tax. <br />Code, § 42101.5). <br />Section 4. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney to sign on <br />behalf of the City a certification required by the BOE certifying the rate of City’s <br />Communications User Tax Ordinance No. 2316, and it’s applicability to all wireless <br />telecommunication services, including prepaid wireless. <br />Section 5. In accordance with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br />Redwood City, this resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />6.3.B. - Page 5
