Such additions shall comply with the requirements of subsection (A) (2) (c) of <br />this section. <br />e. Any dwelling constructed with side yard setbacks less than required by subsections <br />(A) (2) (a), (b), or (c) of this section shall have front and rear yard setbacks of not less <br />than twenty (20) feet. <br />f. Any structure exceeding two (2) stories in height shall comply with all the above <br />minimum setback requirements but in no case shall any setbacks be less than one- <br />half (1/2) the height of the building on each frontage. <br />3E. Rear Yyards: Setback. Structures must be set back 20 feet from the rear property <br />line. Rear yard setbacks shall have a basic minimum yard setback of twenty (20) feet. <br />BF.
