And what it does, it gives the City a <br /> 14 little more review authority in reviewing the <br /> 15 avigation easements, and also discloses what should <br /> 16 be disclosed in that a vi gat i on easement, to outline <br /> 17 some of the ideas and concepts to be included. <br /> 18 COUNCIL MEMBER HARTNETT: Unless he was <br /> 19 going to cover some of the other items that -- I <br /> 20 just want to be clear on this. The avigation <br /> 21 easement language is not language which establishes <br /> 22 the content of the avigation easement, but sets the <br /> 23 process whereby that will be decided if the airport <br /> 24 and the developer do not come to an agreement on <br /> 25 the content of that.
