And the airport noise and the City <br /> 6 policy with respect to not shifting traffic <br /> 7 patterns away from the project into other <br /> 8 residential neighborhoods. <br /> 9 It substantially enhances, I think, the <br /> 10 disclosure requirements, and a 1 s 0 'p u t s into motion <br /> 11 a condition that there be an avigation easement so <br /> 12 that it's very clearly stated. And that, <br /> 13 ultimately, if - - if the parties don't agree on the <br />\ <br /> 14 content of it, that -- that the City would be the <br /> 15 final decision-maker. So that it is within the <br /> 16 control of the City, though in consultation with <br /> 17 San Mateo County as the recipient of the avigation <br /> 18 easement. <br /> 19 But ultimately, if the parties don't agree, <br /> 20 then the City would establish the content of that, <br /> 21 in order to both make clear to the people who may <br /> 22 reside in the project what their rights and -- and <br /> 23 limitations may be with respect to aircraft noise, <br /> 24 as well as to - - to be clear to others the impact <br /> 25 of change in flight patterns, and that the City <br /> UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 16 <br /> (650) 952-0774 <br /> .. <br />
