That reflects the strong values that we have <br /> 6 in our community of opportunity, of a place for <br /> 7 people to start, we also are a place for people to <br /> 8 stay and to finish their lives. <br /> 9 Our rental base helps that, both in <br /> 10 starting and in finishing. <br /> 11 We have a wide range of homeownership <br /> 12 opportunities, from the north to the south and east <br /> 13 from the west, quite different, one from another. <br /> 14 Whether it's Redwood Shores or Friendly <br /> 15 Acres, if it's the Oak Knoll area of Redwood City, <br /> 16 to the downtown, we have tremendous diversity and <br /> 17 tremendous opportunity for people. <br /> 18 I think this, as an extraordinary project, <br /> 19 is one that fits Redwood City because of the <br /> 20 extraordinary diversity.
