MOULTON: Good evening Mr. Mayor and <br /> 5 Council Members. I'm Mike Moulton, I'm the <br /> 6 executive - - well, now the founding director of <br /> 7 Habitat For Humanity. <br /> 8 And we've been working for some years to <br /> 9 develop housing for families with very low incomes <br /> 10 here. And we get a little bit more of the <br /> 11 challenge that's involved in being developers than <br /> 12 some of the people who have been commenting. One <br /> 13 thing that this project will bring to Redwood City <br />( <br /> 14 that's very difficult to produce right now in <br /> 15 California is ownership housing. And one thing I'd <br /> 16 like to - - in multiunits. <br /> 17' And one of the things I'd like to point out <br /> 18 to you is that what I think Redwood City partly <br /> 19 wants is citizens who take a stake here. And when <br /> 20 you allow them to buy in and take an equity share, <br /> 21 you actually make that possible. <br /> 22 The other thing I think is that part of <br /> 23 what we're looking for is different kinds of <br /> 24 product in Redwood City.
