The planning department has laid out <br /> 18 three public policy issues and I -- listening to <br /> 19 them I really thought, you know, I think there's <br /> 20 another public policy issue before you, which is, <br /> 21 what will the impact be of the project on the rest <br /> 22 of Redwood City? And are those impacts worth it? <br /> 23 From the EIR, we know that the significant <br /> 24 impacts on Redwood City are many and unmitigatable. <br />\ 25 They can't - - they can't be mitigated.
