MOELLER: I'd just like to make an <br />5 announcement and remind everyone that Thursday, May <br />6 27th, this Thursday, is the first in a series of <br />7 meetings regarding the downtown Precise Plan. <br />8 The -- we'll be talking about what are going to be <br />9 the development guidelines, the rules and the <br />10 regulations for developing and investing in the <br />11 downtown in the next five to ten years. <br />12 We will be working with Michael Friedman <br />13 (phonetic)of the firm Friedman, Tong and Bottomley. <br />14 The meeting will be at Foerster's Hall, which is on <br />15 Middlefield at Cassia. Starts at 6:00 o'clock and <br />16 the first meeting will be a discussion of - - of <br />17 community character, what is the community <br />18 character downtown that will sort of guide future <br />19 development opportunities. <br />20 So it is open to the public. I invite all <br />21 of you to attend, if you haven't heard Michael <br />22 Friedman, he is a very dynamic and educational <br />23 speaker.
