And I just wanted to know, they mentioned <br /> 6 it as far as shuttle service, that shuttle service <br /> 7 needed to be started no later than a 500 unit build <br /> 8 out, they mention it several other places. <br /> 9 And I wanted to know, since the developer <br /> 10 has said that the first phase may only include <br /> 11 three hundred units, I wanted to know why 500 units <br /> 12 was a trigger instead of phase one, phase two and <br /> 13 so forth. <br />I <br /> 14 MR. PASSANISI: I think because we wanted <br /> 15 to make sure there was enough volume to warrant <br /> 16 the -- some of the improvements, not to start at <br /> 17 100, 200. Also, we weren't really sure at the t'ime <br /> 18 this was put together, what actually the first <br /> 19 phase will be.
