REPORTER'S TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS TAKEN 5-24-04
point?
I 2 MR. LARSON: They're all - - there's such a
variable there, they could be anywhere -- departing
to the south they could be anywhere from three to
four hundred feet, for the low powered planes that
have three or four people on board with full fuel
on a hot day. And the higher performance planes
would be up at a thousand feet before they get to
that.
So there's a huge variable, based on the
types of planes and types of power plants in those
planes, the loading, the fuel, the wind, and all
those conditions.
(
COUNCIL MEMBER HOWARD: Okay, thank you.
MR. LARSON: Sure.
MAYOR IRA: Currently you're in the process
of negotiating that easement. Would you say you're
in the early, middle or latter stages of that?
MR. LARSON: That's a good question. I
think - - I thought we were in the latter last week
but I think we're still -- we're still in there.
And we hope that we can, you know, reach an
understanding, but we're clearly not there yet.
MAYOR IRA: Okay.
Thank you.
UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 190
(650) 952-0774
.-
