So these things are sort of linked <br />9 loosely, as best we could, not knowing exactly what <br />10 the proposed phases are going to be. <br />11 Hopefully that doesn't muddy the waters too <br />12 much. <br />13 MR. EVERETT: As I recall too, when I was <br />( <br />14 talking to Bruce, one of the problems that we were <br />15 struggling with, as was the developer, is if you're <br />16 going to put in a small grocery store, you need to <br />17 attract one, and the grocery store people are going <br />18 to say, until I see so many people out here I'm not <br />19 moving in. <br />20 MR. BOTTOMLEY: Right. <br />21 MR. EVERETT: And so we were playing with <br />22 that.
