I'm not trying to <br />I <br />\, <br /> 14 push you here, Diane. <br /> 15 I just wanted to say, I'm viewing it in a <br /> 16 much more broad picture here, and that is, that I <br /> 17 do believe that, you know, the staff report hit it <br /> 18 right on the head, that is the core issue that <br /> 19 we're really deciding here tonight, is not so much <br /> 20 the technicality issues that have been worked on <br /> 21 for the last four years, and that really have been <br /> 22 poured over in detail at the Planning Commission, <br /> 23 but more, we have - - I think we have to make that <br /> 24 decision.
