REPORTER'S TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS TAKEN 5-24-04
Village, is really on two separate sides along Bair
Island Road. You have the Peninsula Marina site
near 101 and then you have the Pete's Harbor site,
on this end of the project, and it's separated by
an existing apartment complex.
Next slide.
The project itself is pretty massive, as
everybody knows. You're looking at about 1,930
units with 17 towers, ranging up to 240 feet high.
In addition, you're looking at a mixed use of
150,000 of office, 25,000 square feet of retail,
some affordable housing to low income households,
and moderate income households, and various public
esplanades and trails.
Here are some of the images that the
architect has created. Here is the site plan that
shows generally where the various uses are. The
area circled in blue, that's the commercial hub
area where the retail and the coffee houses, the
services to the - - the residents will be located.
To the upper left-hand corner is a hotel
site, and the upper right-hand corner is a marina
park, which is pretty substantial along the bay.
And notice that there are two marinas in
the lower left and the upper right. And there are
UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 21
(650) 952-0774
..
