We started this review way <br />15 back in February of 2002 there were various study <br />16 sessions that we had along with the bay front study. <br />17 We also then began - - we reviewed the EIR and it <br />18 was circulated - - I'm sorry, certified by the <br />19 Planning Commission on July 8th, 2003.
