So I don't know if I'm being overly precise <br />9 or not, so I'd like to hear from my colleagues. <br />10 MAYOR IRA: Okay, well, we'll start this <br />11 way. <br />12 Council Member Hartnett. <br />13 COUNCIL MEMBER HARTNETT: I don't think <br />\ <br />14 your being overly precise because you have to feel <br />15 comfortable with your voting on it. <br />16 I think the Mayor did frame the issue, and, <br />17 you know, I think there are some details that maybe <br />18 are not clear in everyone's mind. I, for example, <br />19 want to have the avigation easement and disclosure <br />20 issues resolved, if we were to vote on this.
