<br /> REPORTER'S TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS TAKEN 5-24-04 <br /> 1 COUNCIL MEMBER HOWARD: Well, I like what <br />( 2 Council Member Hartnett had said, I'll be honest <br /> 3 based on what Vice Mayor Pierce has said, I'd be <br /> 4 prepared to vote on Item 2 and Item 4 which is the <br /> 5 General Plan Amendment and the rezoning, but the <br /> 6 others, I would like -- again, I would like to have <br /> 7 time to pour over the information that I've <br /> 8 received from the April 20th minutes, which I <br /> 9 understand weren't done until just recently, and <br /> 10 I'd like to be able to study that. <br /> 11 And also, the avigation easement and TDM <br /> 12 requirements are a few other things I'd like to <br /> 13 have time to ask staff a few more questions or see <br />( <br /> 14 if things progress to a more comfortable level, in <br /> 15 particular to the avigation easement. <br /> 16 But that's where I would be. <br /> 17 I mean, my feeling is this project, yes, <br /> 18 it's taken a long time to get here, but there's <br /> 19 just so much information to absorb and - - and I <br /> 20 want to do it due justice and due diligence and be <br /> 21 sure what we produce in the end is something that <br /> 22 we can all -- all of us be very proud of and go <br /> 23 into the future with. <br /> 24 So I'd like to have that extra time. <br /> 25 COUNCIL MEMBER HARTNETT: Mr. Mayor? <br /> UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 212 <br /> (650) 952-0774 <br /> >- <br />
