And I'm going <br />I 2 talk in generalities for if <br />\ to some a moment, <br /> 3 you'll let me. <br /> 4 First of all, I think that the developer <br /> 5 has spent an extraordinary amount of time with our <br /> 6 very capable staff in addressing concerns, issues, <br /> 7 comments, they spent time out in the community, <br /> 8 they listened, they're working in good faith with <br /> 9 the avigation easement. One of my concerns -- <br /> 10 actually, one of the concerns I have, is that the <br /> 11 Centennial neighborhood is protected within any <br /> 12 type of easement, because the pilots do have FAA <br /> 13 regulations in regards to where they can fly, and <br />( <br /> 14 so I think if the three parties can somehow get <br /> 15 together; but I've heard that said tonight. <br /> 16 I also think that this comes down to - - I <br /> 17 don't know if it's a height issue, frankly, and <br /> 18 I've, asked myself that all evening when I've heard <br /> 19 people talk about height. I think part of the <br /> 20 issue is change, and I think that's very hard for <br /> 21 anyone to get used to.
