RIDNER: Good evening Mr. Mayor, <br />7 members of the Council. My name is Tim Ridner, I'm <br />8 director of development for Glenborough-Pauls. <br />9 We're delighted to finally be here this <br />10 evening, to present the project to you. <br />11 In order to expedite matters, I will try <br />12 not to read the slides that we prepared, but, <br />13 rather, to just only make points where I think that <br />14 it's important, or I want to stress a particular <br />15 issue. <br />16 Next. <br />17 First of all, who we are, Glenborough-Pauls <br />18 is - - is a joint venture, as mentioned there. <br />19 Glenborough, as many of you know, owns and manages <br />20 numerous office buildings throughout San Mateo <br />21 County.
