As you can see to the north here <br />3 as you go -- the Bair Island refuge, we have the <br />4 Seaport industrial area in this area right here, <br />5 and then we have the freeway right here. <br />6 So we think that in terms of its overall <br />7 location, Marina Shores Village is very well <br />8 positioned. <br />9 Next. <br />10 As Tom mentioned, there are -- and Terry as <br />11 well, there are actually two sites that are -- <br />12 comprise Marina Shores Village, the Pete's Harbor <br />13 site and Peninsula Marina. <br />14 Pete's Harbor site is 19 acres, I know many <br />15 people refer to it as something smaller than that, <br />16 but it includes a piece that exists over here on <br />17 the other side of the slew. 10 . 3 acres are <br />18 currently developed with restaurant, residential <br />19 storage and industrial uses.
