Certainly we have additional agencies to -- <br />5 to move through. <br />6 I will say that we probably, of the list <br />7 that you see before you, we probably made the <br />8 greatest - - greatest progress with the last, the <br />9 Bay Conservation and Development Commission, we've <br />10 been through their design review board now twice <br />11 and have gotten staff support for the project. <br />12 So their full commission won't take action <br />13 until after City of Redwood City takes action on <br />14 the project. <br />15 We hope that the other agency approvals are <br />16 not far behind. <br />17 Next. <br />18 So, in terms of next steps, we need to <br />19 obviously - - that presumes that we get a favorable <br />20 recommendation and - - and approv.al from the City of <br />21 Redwood City City Council, we need to complete our <br />22 agency approvals, we'll be back to the Planning <br />23 Commission with a tentative map, a p1anning <br />24 community permit.
