REPORTER'S TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS TAKEN 5-24-04
Finally, I want to thank the City staff for
all of their efforts throughout this project. It's
been a long arduous process, the City staff has
provided very strong input throughout the process
to us, and hopefully you'll feel like what we've
arrived at here with Marina Shores Village is a
project that the entire community can be proud of.
And with that, I take any questions.
MAYOR IRA: Thank you. I hope you didn't
feel you were rushing through, because I know it
sounded like you were. We want to make sure you're
comfortable.
MR. RIDNER: That's fine.
MAYOR IRA: Any questions from Council?
COUNCIL MEMBER HOWARD: Mr. Mayor, I have
one question about one of the slides, I just wanted
a clarification.
Mr. Ridner there's two times you referenced
the 20,000 jobs by the year 2020, both in
association Bay Area Governments and in the
Planning Commission minutes it was mentioned. But
I wanted to be c 1 ea r, the 20,000 jobs that would be
generated by the year 2020, are we talking San
Mateo County or Redwood City?
MR. RIDNER: Those were Redwood City.
UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 55
(650) 952-0774
.-
