All those in favor - - we <br />4 have a motion by Council Member Bain, seconded by <br />5 Vice Mayor Pierce. <br />6 All those in favor? <br />7 (All Council Members said Aye.) <br />8 MAYOR IRA: Opposed, none. <br />9 So the public hearing is now open. <br />10 Please turn in your speaker cards, I see <br />11 there's a few more coming in. <br />12 We're going to limit this to three minutes <br />13 per person. The yellow blinking light means you <br />14 have one minute left. We have a number of speaker <br />15 cards, as you can see, so we're going to try to <br />16 adhere to that. <br />17 And the first speaker is Colleen Turner, <br />18 representing the San Carlos Airport Pilots <br />19 Association. <br />20 And I believe there are a number of people <br />21 from her organization, and so, Colleen, we'd like <br />22 to give you five minutes. <br />23 You're really stretching the attention span <br />24 of the Council after five minutes. <br />25 MS.
