City alkali, by and through Contra~or, provide the following services for Participating Owner: (a) General. Contractors general sc~pe of services includes locating, identifying, retrieving, and returning to Participating Owner Abandoned Shopping Carts which are identified ae belonging to Participating Owner. The following practices and procedures shall govern the services. (b) J[;~LY-~- Except for Holidays, Contractor shall provide daily searches of the Service Area for Abandoned Shopping Carts. Contra~c~ sl-~ll, using the information a3ntained in the aforementioned logs, prepare anti maintain periodic proctuction summaries on a weekly and monlhty basis, which shall include the number of Shopping Ca,ts retrieved for, and returned to, Participating Owner each day, w~ek, and month for the reporting period. (f) ~[l~._~tY~. Contractor shall provide at no cost to City or Participating Owne~ an initial search of the Service Area and retrieve therefrom all abandoned Shopping Carts. Contractor shall deliver all such Cads so retrieved in accordance with the foregoing procedures, except for claiming compensation.
