EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Work/Tasks <br />Contractor will provide graphic design services on an as needed basis to the City. The services <br />include but are not limited to: digital, print and other documents for city communications, <br />marketing and outreach; brochures, websites, E -blast design, advertising, PowerPoint presentation <br />templates, flyers, logo, redesign, etc. <br />Payment Terms <br />The fees for services are as follows: <br />Logo Design- $300 (can go up to $500 or $600 depending on complexity) <br />Business Card Design -$150 (additional name setups -$5 each) <br />Letterhead Design- $75 <br />Envelope Design- $75 <br />• Flyers- $100 <br />• Banners - $100 <br />Corporate Folder Design w/pocket - $250 <br />• Brochure Design (standard 8.5x11 trifold) - $4S0 <br />Web HTML ads (multiple links)- $250 <br />• Simple 1PG E -Blasts (one link) - $85 <br />Magazine/Newspaperads- $150 <br />PowerPoint Presentations -$150 for initial design concept, then $20 <br />per page thereafter. <br />Newsletter (8.5x11 4 -pager) - $350 <br />Web Design -varies on number of pages and content- $1,250-$3,750 <br />Consultant may provide services that are not listed above.
