ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES (H2H Graphics & Design, Inc.) This Amendment No. 3 is entered into and effective as of the I14h day of �anv6kry 2018, extending the agreement dated June 1, 2015 by and between the'Cityof Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and H2H Graphics and Design, Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the `Parties") for Graphic Design Services. RECITALS A. On June 1, 2015, the Parties executed a General Services Agreement ("the Original Agreement'); and B. On January 27, 2016, the parties executed Amendment No. 1 to General Services Agreement for Graphic Design Services ("Amendment No. 1 "); and C. On January 27, 2017, the parties executed Amendment No. 2 to General Services Agreement for Graphic Design Services ("Amendment No. 2") (the Original Agreement, Amendment No. 1 and Amendment No. 2 are collectively referred to as the "Agreement'); and D. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 6 months. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby extended for a period of 6 months ending on June 30, 2018. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall remain in full force ano effect. 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include coverage for this Amendment. 4. The individuals executing this Amendment and the instruments referenced on behalf of Consultant each represent and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Consultant to the terms and conditions hereof of this Amendment.
