Service/Network Congestion <br /> It is possible that network congestion or an overflow of traffic on your services may cause <br /> problems or delays in placing emergency 911 calls. <br /> Responsibility <br /> TelePacific shall have no responsibility or liability to your company or any third party in connection <br /> with or for responding to 911 or other emergency referral calls. You agree to indemnify and <br /> defend TelePacific from and against any actions and/or liability arising out of TelePacific's <br /> provisioning of this service. <br /> Customer Information <br /> You agree to provide TelePacific with accurate and timely information on the address of your <br /> service I�ation, current contact inforrnation, and all end-user addresses corresponding to all of <br /> your telephone numbers served by TelePacific. You agree to update this information each time <br /> the information changes and shall provide TelePacific with written notification prior to <br /> implementing any moves, adds or changes to your telephone numbers. Failure to provide such <br /> information in a timely manner can severely impair your access to emergency 911 services. <br /> Remote Users <br /> TelePacific provides no quality of service guarantee, including those provided in the TelePacific <br /> Service Level Agreement(SLA)available on TelePacific's website: www.insideteleaacific.com,for <br /> remote usage applications. <br /> If you are not comfortable with the 911 service limitations and requirements stated herein,we <br /> suggest you secure altemafive means to call 911 or otherwise obtain emergency services,such <br /> as through a traditional telephone line. <br /> I AGREE TO NOTIFY TELEPACIFIC OF ANY CHANGES TO THE SERVICE LOCATION AND <br /> CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED TO ALLOW THEM TO MAINTAIN ACCURATE <br /> RECORDS AT ALL TIMES.
