In the <br /> event the owner of any unit should fail or refuse to transfer <br /> the membership registered in his name to the purchaser of his <br /> unit, the Association shall have the right to record the <br /> transfer upon its books and thereupon any old membership <br /> I. outstanding in the name of the seller shall be null and void. <br /> 3.4 Membership Classes and Voting Rights: The <br /> c) Association shall have two (2) classes of voting membership: <br /> Class A. Class A members shall be all owners <br /> g with the exception of the Declarant and shall be entitled to <br /> one (1 ) vote for each unit owned. When more than one person <br /> holds an interest in any unit, all such persons shall be <br /> 1 members. Where the vote or written assent of <br /> each class of membership is required, any requirement that the <br /> vote of Declarant be excluded is not applicable, except as <br /> provided in Section 8. 14 hereof.
