Charges for such towing and storage shall be assessed <br /> 1 against the unit owner responsible for the presence of such <br /> vehicle and such assessment may be enforced against the owner. <br /> 1 in the same manner as provided hereinabove relative to liens <br /> ,il for nonpayment of assessments after notice and hearing. <br /> 4 7.4 Signs: No signs shall be displayed to the <br /> w <br /> public view on any units or on any portion of the property <br /> J except such signs as are approved by the Board or committee <br /> appointed by the Board. Animals: No animals, reptiles, insects, '' <br /> or birds of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept in any . <br /> condominium, or in the lake area or, on any portion of the <br /> property; except that no more than one ( 1 ) usual and ordinary 4•,:1 <br /> household pet such as a dog, cat, bird, etc. , may be kept <br /> provided that it is not kept, bred, or maintained for any -^, <br /> commercial purposes, and it is kept under reasonable control <br /> at all times. No pet shall be allowed in the common area except <br /> as may be permitted by rules of the Board. No dog shall enter <br /> the common area except while on a leash which is held by a <br /> person capable of controlling it. After making a reasonable <br /> attempt to notify the owner, Declarant or any owner may <br /> cause any unleashed dog found within the common area to be <br /> removed by Declarant (or any owner) to a pound or animal <br /> shelter under the jurisdiction of the City of Redwood City, or <br /> the County of San Mateo, by calling the appropriate authorities, <br /> whereupon the owner may, upon payment of all expenses connected <br /> therewith, repossess the dog. Owners shall prevent their pets <br /> :r? from soiling all portions of the common area and shall promptly <br /> clean up any mess left by their pets. <br /> 7.6 Garbage and Refuse Disposal: All rubbish, trash <br /> '. and garbage shall be regularly removed from the property, and <br /> shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon. Trash, garbage and <br /> other waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers. <br /> 't All equipment for the storage or disposal of such materials <br /> shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. All equipment, <br /> garbage cans, woodpiles, or storage piles shall be kept screened <br /> and concealed from view of other units, streets and common <br /> areas. The Association shall furnish central garbage pickup <br /> service.
