If the Work Product does not conform to the proposal as <br /> described in this Exhibit A or as mutually agreed by the parties, notice of specific non- <br /> conformity and request for the Artist to address the specific non-conformity shall be <br /> given to Artist in writing within two weeks after the review period. Artist shall have thirty <br /> days to address and correct any non- conformity. If, after resubmission, the Work <br /> Product still does not conform, the City retains the right to immediately terminate the <br /> agreement and remove the non-conforming Work Product. <br /> 20. Proiect Close-out. <br /> Upon completion and installation of the Work Product, the Artist will furnish the <br /> City with a full Release and Waiver of Lien, plus releases from any major supplier or <br /> subcontractor involved with the Work Product. The Artist shall also submit a <br /> maintenance report to City including specific recommendations for ongoing <br /> maintenance and possible repairs as well as photo/video and written documentation off <br /> fabrication and installation of the Work Product, such as to assist in maintenance <br /> and/or repair, if so requested by the City. <br /> 21. Repairs, Maintenance, or Alterations. <br /> A. The Artist is responsible for all parts and workmanship for a period of <br /> one year after acceptance of the Work Product by the City and will <br /> replace any defective parts or rework any defective craftsmanship in a <br /> timely fashion at no cost to City. <br /> B. The Artist is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any <br /> damage to the Work Product, its surfaces, or environment caused by <br /> personnel of the City or by contracted employees, visitors, or others, <br /> beyond the control of the Artist. <br /> C. The Artist is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any <br /> damages to the Work Product by weather conditions, acts of God, or <br /> other acts abnormal to the site. <br /> 21. Sublettinq or Assiqnment of Work Product. <br /> The Artist will not sublet or assign any of his obligations under this contract that <br /> require his artistic talents.
