The Ins�ection and <br /> Maintenance Checklist shail include a detailed d�scri�tion of and schedule for long-term <br /> rnaintenance activities vf the stormwater treatment measures. <br /> 4. Sediment Management. Sediment accumulation resulting from the n4rmal <br /> aperatican of the starmwater treatment measure(s) will be manag�d ap�rvpr�ately b� the <br /> Properfy �wner. The Property C7wner will provide for th� removal and disposal o# <br /> accumulated sediments. D'rsposal of accumulated sediments shal! not occur on the <br /> Praperty- Any dispasal or rernoval vf a�mutated sediments or debris shall be in <br /> campl�ance with all feder�l, state and IocaM law and r+�gu[ati�ns. <br /> 5. Annual lnsqection and Report, The Property Owner shall, an an annual basis, <br /> complete a Treatment Measure Op�ra#i�n and Maintenance Inspe�tion Report ("Annual <br /> Report"). The Annual Report shall include all cample#ed Inspection artd Maintenanc� <br /> Checklists for tne reparting period and shall be s�bmitted to the Git}r in order to v�rifjr <br /> that inspecti�n �nd maintenance of th� applicable storrnuvater treatment rneasure{s) <br /> have been conduct�d pursuant ta this Agreernent. The Annual Report shall b�subrnitted <br /> no later than �ecember 31 of each year, under penalty of pe�jury, to Office of th� City <br /> Engineer, 9017 Middle�eld Road, Redwood City, CA 94063 ar another member of the <br /> City stafF as directed by the City. The Property Glwner shall provide in the Annual Repart a <br /> record of the valume of a#I accumulated sediment remaved as a result of the treatmen# <br /> measur�(s).The Property flwner shall conduct a minimum af one (1}annual inspection of <br /> the stormwater treatment measure{s) befvrg the w$t season. This inspe�ion shall occur <br /> between August 1st and Qctober 19Y each year. More frequent inspections may be <br /> required. The results of inspections shall be recorded on the Annual lnspectian Report. <br /> 6. hlecessary Changes and Madifications. A# its sole expense, the Property Owner <br /> shall make changes or mod�cations to the stormwater treatment measure(s) as may be <br /> determined as reasonably neeessary by the City ta ensure that the stormwater treatment <br /> measures are proper�y maintained and c�ntinue to operate as originally designed and <br /> apprave+d. <br /> 7. Access to the Propertv. The Property C7wner hereby gr�nts pe�mission ta the City; <br /> the San Franciscx� Bay R�ional Water Quality Gontrol Board (R+�gianal Board); the San <br /> Mateo County Mosqui#a Abatement Distric# (Mosquito Abaternent �istrict); and their <br /> authorized agents and employees to enter upon the Properry�t reasanable times and in a <br /> r+easanabfe manner to inspe�t, assess ar obser+re th� s�tormwater treatrnent measur+e(s} in <br /> c�rder to ensure that ttae stormwater treatment measures ar� being properly maintained <br /> and are continuing #a pertprm in an adequate manner ta protect water quaEity and the <br /> public�ea[th ar�d safeiy.
