U the event that SHD does not provide funding as identified herein; <br /> b.CITY may decline such funding for any reason; <br /> c.CITY detetmines tltat it is unabie to hire qualified personnel within the funding amounts <br /> secured through this Agreemen#; <br /> d. CITY and RCSD are unable to come to agreement regarcling the terms of the program <br /> that the City intends to provide with SHD funds. <br /> 3, In the event that any of the program partners described herein(SHD,CITY,or RCSD) <br /> discon6nue partidpation in the program described herein,the obligations of SHD and CITY to <br /> perform unck�this Agreement automatically terminate. <br /> 4, If this��eement is terminated during any grant cycle, CITY shall retum any unspent gr�t <br /> funds to SHD. <br /> IV.Goals and Mutual Objectives <br /> Understanding these limitations,for Year 4 of the SHD granting funding,these are the goals and <br /> objectives: <br /> Goal:To establish active,healthy iifestyles,and contribute to the social�mofiional developrr�nt of youih in <br /> Redwood City School District <br /> Ob%ective 1-Program Delivery:CITY wil!conduct the PE+program at the 5 schools listed befow during <br /> the 2015-16 academic year.If opportunity pr�sents itselF to expand to other schools during this grants <br /> cycle, an amendment to this agreement wifl be made.PE+Partners will continue to seek financial <br /> contributions f�an schaoi si�es and additia�al revenue sour�es and seelc to expand the F�+program in#o <br /> additional schods and venues provided addibional�esources are obtained. <br /> The Program is based on the foilowing parameters: <br /> • 176 school days in the year <br /> Memorandum vf Understonding <br /> Sequoia Nealihcare Dtstri+ct/Redwood City Parks,Recreatfon,and Community Services <br /> HeakhySchools Init�tfve 2025-2016 <br /> Z <br /> ATTY/AGR.2015.138/Sequoia Heathcare District <br /> REV:07-08-15 MLG <br />
