Ob�ecfrve 3-Staff Training:PRCS wifl adequately train a�d prepare all staff coaches employed by CITY to deliver a PE p�gram that strives to meet Califomia State requirements and r�eir�orces the joy of being active and healthy. PRCS will design,provide,and evaluate a year-round training program consisting of in- peison training sessions and planning mee�ngs that improves job-rBlated skii!development and oompetencies of coaches in the following areas:communit�r and leadership development,fieaching methods,program class cumculum,classroom managemertt,and rec�ssllunch suppat expectations.
