· TDM Ordinance – staff is drafting a TDM ordinance to clarify/institutionalize <br />expectations for employers with respect to TDM programs for their employees. <br />· New parking structures – staff continues to explore and evaluate opportunities for <br />both public-private partnerships and redevelopment of existing surface parking <br />lots to increase the public parking supply. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the agreement and direct staff to modify it or rebid <br />the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The cost of the PARCS system, installation and warranty is a not-to-exceed amount of <br />$706,690.63. The FY 2015-2016 budget included $950,000 in the Parking District Fund <br />for the project.
