The homes will incorporate high quality materials <br />and detailing appropriate to the architectural styles. The variation in styles is intended <br />to complement the neighborhood’s individually designed homes and eclectic character. <br />Table 2 below outlines the proposed living area of each of the eight homes as <br />compared to the original application. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />8.B. - Page 3
