This proposed Article 17A Zoning Ordinance Amendment has been reviewed <br />with respect to applicability of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the State <br />CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Sections 15000 et seq.). The City <br />Council has considered the Initial Study Checklist and Negative Declaration, which found no <br />significant environmental effects as a result of the proposed changes. Pursuant to Guidelines <br />section 15091(e), the documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings <br />upon which the City Council has based its decision are located in and may be obtained from the <br />Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The City Clerk is the <br />custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The City Council of Redwood City hereby adopts the Article 2 and Article 17A <br />Zoning Ordinance Amendment by adding the text shown in double underline (example) and <br />deleting the text shown in strikeout (example), as provided in Exhibit A. Wording in brackets <br />([example]) is information only and is not to be included in the published ordinance. <br /> Section 5.
