The project is primarily proposing minor land use changes to the LII area and would not <br />change existing stormwater requirements (17.A.4). Also, The City of Redwood City has additional existing stormwater <br />requirements in the Municipal Code and (Section 32) of the Zoning Ordinance. The LII zoning district does not permit residential <br />land uses and therefore would not place housing within a 100-year flood hazard area. <br /> <br />X.
