Consul#ant shall maintain <br /> coverage as required by the Catifomia Labor Code. The Workers' <br /> CompensatiQn policy shaft contain an endarsernent stating that the insurer <br /> waives any right to subrogation against the City, its o�cers, agents, <br /> employees and valunteers. <br /> 11.1.4 Emplover's Liabilitv tnsurance. Consultant shall maintain coverage <br /> with limits not less than $1,OOQOt}0 per each accident for bodily injury or <br /> disease. <br /> 11.1.5 Professianal Liability Insurance. Consultan# shall maintain <br /> coverage with limits not less than $1,QQO,OOQ per occurrence. <br /> Professional Liability may be written as claims-matle coverage. <br /> 11.2. Notice af Cancellation. This insurance wiil be in force during the life of the <br /> Agreement and any extensions of it and will not be canceled without Consultant <br /> providinc� thirty (30) days prior written notice to City sent pursuant to the Notice <br /> provisions of this Agreement. <br /> 11.3 Pravidina Certificates of Insur�nce and Endorsements.
