The sewer <br />capacity necessary to service this property is provided as part of a total County allocation <br />of 0.5 million gallons/day pursuant to the Emerald Lake Heights Capacity Agreement <br />between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City dated August 19, 1980. <br /> <br />A complete copy of the 1958 and 1980 Agreements are available for review in the City <br />Clerk’s office. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the sewer annexation.
